- Process Flow Diagram Review
Review exiting process flow diagrams and if there are no available develop the process flow diagram. During the process flow diagram we will identify the areas in the current process that are restricting the production and or affecting the process yield
- Process Improvements
Once we identified the areas that limit the production and affect the yield we work with our client to develop solutions for each area, prioritizing our efforts to maximize the return on the improvements, in general we will first asses the safety, then the yield and lastly the production rate to combine improve the overall facility performance. It is important note that as part of the process improvement process, we conduct extensive testing to prove the proposed processes improvements.
- Improvements Implementation
Once we complete the Process Improvements phase we start begin our standard CEPCS process (Concept Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement & Construction and Systems Start-up) to bring the process optimization to its successful completion
