Fabian Ros, CEO and President of Industrial Project Solutions, graduated from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with degrees in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering.

After graduating, Fabian worked for the Chrysler Stamping Plant in Michigan as a Project Engineer. There, he developed strong proficiencies in project management and logistics activities. John Deer then hired Fabian as a Manufacturing Leader where he
designed and implemented changes in assembling lines for new excavator models.

Fabian’s knowledge and experience in the foundry industry started when Caterpillar offered him a Project Management position. This position was for key for his growth. Fabian became very involved in foundry start up projects, making him an expert in field operations.

His professional career continued at Mouat. Inc, a design build company, where he continued executing projects from start to finish. Fabian’s ability to develop mechanical and electrical concept drawings and implement and manage project job cost aided his success. Fabian’s desire for quality and job improvements encouraged him to develop his own estimating electrical software for his estimating packages.

In 2005, Fabian established Industrial Project Solutions. First focusing on industrial mineral and foundries, two years later shifting the company’s focus to the hydraulic fracturing and frac sand industries. Fabian’s constant focus on quality improvements in his design build processes has helped him develop new methods of process efficiency, resulting in 16 patents.

As a result of his experience, Fabian has been able to improve sand coating processes by developing unique techniques to make production extremely efficient. Currently, the average market of sand coating production is about 17 tons per hour. Fabian’s projects are producing 22 to 25 tons per hour. The highest in the market!

Fabian’s foundry knowledge and his technical and operational background prepared him to become a process specialist in the proppants market, designing and building the most efficient sand processing facilities in record time.
